After winning the public tender for the university-wide migration of the existing analytics software a year ago, we have now successfully completed the migration for over 300 users.
We convinced ETH by proposing the analytics solution of Piano Analytics (formerly AT Internet) in combination with Google Tag Manager and have successfully replaced the previous Analytics solution. In addition to the tracking concept, we created the tagging plans and completed the implementation for the entire ETH website as well as the official ETH smartphone app. We conducted training sessions for the 300 users. For that purpose, we created an online academy where users can complete tests with different levels on their own.

In a final step, Piano Analytics will be implemented for other online platforms at ETH Zurich. Furthermore, Advance Metrics is providing consultation to the ETH team regarding compliance with the new Swiss Data Protection Act.
