For the Dolder Grand we increased the revenue from organic traffic by more than 10% and from paid search campaigns by 44%.
The Dolder Grand, an exclusive five-star hotel with an excellent brand reputation, planned to increase its online advertising measures in order to stay ahead of the growing competitive landscape.
After a series of workshops including all the relevant stakeholders we created a topic-channel-matrix, an instrument that allowed us and the Dolder Grand to keep track of all online measures and the respective spend. Our global online marketing strategy included several search engines, target groups in different countries, as well as organic and paid online marketing channels.
We were able to increase the revenue from organic traffic by more than 10% and from paid search campaigns by 44%. In addition we had an 8% increase in Facebook Fans and a 129% increase in Google Ads impressions. The bookings via advertising increased by 328%. The overall revenue via the website increased by 17%.
