Challenge
Bauwerk Parkett AG, with its affiliates in Germany, France and Austria engaged us to ensure that their corporate website and their online shop were compliant with the requirements of the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data processes in the showrooms had to be audited too.
Solution
We performed several data privacy audits, in which we checked the functionalities of the website and the online shop and advised on the technical and legal aspects necessary to comply with GDPR. Furthermore, we implemented a cookie management solution, improved privacy policies, created cookie notices and revised the imprint in four languages.
